I have really great ideas. Here are some.

• List your friends' parties.

I think this is done.

• Add the option to search for parties by name, rather than the name of who is throwing/threw them.

What's the use case? "I'm looking for an 80s party"? Maybe we need a theme field or (shudder) tags.

• Have a genre of parties? (i.e. dance party, theme party, your mom party)

Good idea. We need to think about it more. I'm thinking of the use cases: 1. I'm throwing a dance patry; 2. I'm throwing a kegger. I can't see any more than those happening.

• Multiple hosts (oooh, tricky)... i.e. we all live here and can therefore all throw a party at the same time!

No. The implementation idea would be joining accounts. I don't see the point.

• Default address listed in user profiles!

Yes, definitely needs to happen.

• Search for parties according to location & date as well!

I think the new search page has this under control.

• Search for parties of any cost, not just free... so say, parties under 10 dollars, under 5, etc.

I added a 'Cheap' checkbox. Matt says it should be <= $10. I say it should be <= $15 or even $20. I also claim it should be checked by default, but this makes me happy for now.

• A list of single people who are attending/did attend a party. Or, moreover, a list of people who did attend (or a way to indicate in your profile what parties you have attended).

Absolutely a great idea.

• A list of cute and/or bearded boys. (Or use tags for userpictures. So say you meet this cute boy who has six arms and a tattoo of Beethoven. So, you go to picture search or whatever and search "six arms" and "tattoo of Beethoven (or however you spell it).").

We added a 'bearded' field. We might need tags per person, a la Consumating.

• Notification of a)forum posts/RSVPs/votes on your parties as well as b)notifications of any replies to any forum posts you have made. Also, will you be emailed at your regular email address when you get these things?

Notifications everywhere. I don't like the idea of email notifications, but clearly others do. (Email is so antiquated, though.) We should have these options: email notification, Jabber notification, subscribe to feed.

• Notify RSVPers of any party changes.

Hmm. Wise, but hmmm. See notifications above, plus they need a checkbox for "alert me to changes to this party" (or "alert me to changes to any party to which I RSVP as Yes or Maybe").

• Don't filter parties by default, we don't want to tell people how they want to search.

It's currently anytime in the future, any announcer, any price, anywhere in NE. How's that?

• Allow URL pictures.

I don't see the point. It's nice, but ... eh. Maybe: Flickr integration.

• Have search boxes instead of drop-down for person/location searches.

Location is gone. Drop-down for person seems okay now that it depends on the location, right?

• Don't allow you to vote for your own party, (or have a personal rank where only you can vote)
